If you're thinking about pausing or canceling your StellarFi membership, we're here to help. Please log in to your StellarFi account and follow the steps below:

Click your initials in the upper right corner of your StellarFi dashboard

Select Membership

Click the three dots (⋮) on the top right of the screen

Choose Manage Account

Select either Pause or Close
Important:
If a bill was recently paid but the payment hasn’t cleared from your linked bank account, your account cannot be immediately closed. It will remain active until the transaction is complete. We’ll notify you once the account is officially closed.
