I can’t find my biller, what should I do?

If you are unable to find your biller when searching, you can add it manually by doing the following.

  1. Click on "+ Add Bill"
  2. Click on the "Link directly" button
  3. You'll be presented with the option to pay online and choose the "Get started" button.
  4. Next, you'll need to enter your biller's information such as the biller name, website, biller type, approximate amount, and an account number (optional), and choose "Continue"
  5. In a new window, you'll need to log into your biller's website and update your payment settings using your StellarFi account details (StellarFi card number). Make sure to have the StellarFi payment method listed as your primary and/or enable Auto-Pay.
  6. Lastly, choose to confirm and you'll now see this biller listed as a linked bill!
