You may have an outstanding balance due in your account if any of the following situations apply:
- The monthly membership fee was not paid from your linked bank account.
- StellarFi paid bill(s) and then we were unable to collect the funds back from your linked bank account.
Please be aware that StellarFi may report outstanding balances to the credit bureaus in the event of ongoing delinquency.
To pay the balance in your account, simply login, and select the “Repay” button next to any listed outstanding membership fees and bills. If you need assistance with this, please contact our Member Support team at email@example.com.
