StellarFi will report outstanding balances to the credit bureaus after 30 days delinquent.
To get your account to good standing, there are two options to pay the balance due:
- Login and select the “Repay” button next to any listed outstanding membership fees and bills. This will debit your linked bank account for the total amount owed.
- Contact our Member Support team at support@stellarfi.com and request to have us process the repayment on your behalf.
