Why did my credit score drop?

StellarFi will report your information to credit bureaus within 2 weeks of creating an account. StellarFi will not perform a hard pull on your credit. The intital drop in credit score could be due to the initial reporting of your new account with StellarFi, depending on your other credit history. If you are making on-time payments through StellarFi, any score drop should resolve within the next month and should increase your score, absent any other new credit activity outside of StellarFi.
