My bill has been refunded. How can I process a refund request?

If your biller has refunded a payment that was paid through StellarFi, kindly reach out to your monthly biller directly, and then notify us of the expected refund.

Upon receipt of the requested funds, we will facilitate the deposit into your designated bank account. Please note that it usually takes 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Remember, refunds are not processed automatically; therefore, it’s important to initiate the request by contacting us.
